Further envisioned is a society that plants its might responsibly in the global movement to solve the climate emergency.
Strategy
The IESHER strategy is to recruit people and develop them to their full potential by capital from Dr Selva Saman. This capability will be applied to power the ambitions of IESHER. The investment is focussed on digital solutions that connect highly skilled and experienced experts with frontline responders and providers. The enriched work experience will be strengthened by a culture of learning and training, research and innovation, personal and career development, in the reach for the wellbeing of the entire IESHER family and its partners.
The covid 19 induced inflection in the South African landscape is best served by the adoption of rapidly advancing digital technology for the transformation of economic opportunity. This means the redistribution of wealth and land ownership and its use to address current pervasive disparities inherited from colonialism and apartheid - an elusive dream of the constitution and the liberation movement. IESHER will lead the way in incubating enterprise pilots and models and take them to scale, initially in promoting scientific emergent farming and energising the SMMEs.
Fundamental to the IESHER strategy is the transparency, shortening and digitalisation of supply chains. The economic success will power social impact transforming all levels of education and healthcare delivery. IESHER’s work will be bottom up with the greatest effort at the municipal and district level especially in the rural areas. IESHER is determined to be among the leaders to pull through South Africa to an even better situation than before the pandemic.
