Fellows and Entrepreneurship Program

This flagship program recruits and nurtures talented graduates and potential entrepreneurs particularly in the rural areas. The recruits must commit to the princples outlined in the enterprise development section section. They are empowered with the capability for personal and career development and to uplift poor communities.

Desirable qualities include:  Understanding the greater purpose, willingness to change unproductive habits, enterprising and bold yet humble;  independent and original, sharp, agile, incisive, precise, focused, strategic  and flexible thinking;  alacrity at problem solving, leadership, scholarship, teamwork, discipline, integrity, respect for governance, probity and work ethic and culture, competence at time management and prioritising and willingness to learn and teach; inquiring, questioning, critical, creative and innovative, reflective, willingness to research, IT savvy and aspiration for high standards
