IESHER aspires to drive transformation by small enterprise incubation and strengthening especially in rural parts. The poor survive with incredible ingenuity. IESHER will examine the capabilities in households and existing small enterprises to grow businesses. It seeks the sweet spot at the transection of talent, digital platforms and investment. For return on investment IESHER 60 % of profits will be re-invested or deployed for social impact i.e. promote local community health and well being or basic and adult education This process will be the foundation for networking civil society oversight for Municipal, District, Regional and National Government services and regulation. 40% of the profits will be for the IESHER partner enterprises.
